Janelle Phelan began with Carl Nelson Insurance in 2004 as a receptionist. Today, she works as a personal insurance agent.
Janelle enjoys the teamwork atmosphere of the office and interacting with clients. She recalled, “When a young couple came in to purchase homeowners insurance for the first time, I explained their coverages and how their policy worked. They were a cute couple and so excited. They hugged me.”
Janelle is particularly knowledgeable when it comes to flood insurance.
When not working, she likes to spend time with her family and travel.
