In 2003, Melissa Menezes began her work at Carl Nelson Insurance as a receptionist.
It wasn’t long before she obtained her Property and Casualty License and joined the Personal Lines Department.
Today, she oversees our Personal Lines Department and is our Business Manager.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends.
